It has all 3. 4 washers, 4 dryers, nicely sized and immaculately clean pool and both a smaller club house and larger recreation hall. No video games as Quail Roost caters to a mature group, many of whom are repeating customers.
Ron is correct. Also, the smaller Rec Room houses a pool table and a nice library.
