This park is “seniors only”. Customer service is consistently pisspoor. I would believe you can get better service from Roz on Monsters Inc.

This is not for travelling, recreational "Camping". It appears that most of the elderly guest are more like full time residents. They are not dog friendly or family friendly. Because it is more of a full time living situation with the other guest that are there, there is a sense of entitlement & they are very rude. I have never left a bad review. It was so bad that we were ready to hook up the day before we were to check out. We will not be going back.

Fabulous place to stay in the Crystal River/Dunnellon area!! Super clean, well maintained park. Steve was warm and welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. Walks always entailed friendly greetings, and the setting was quiet and peaceful. A perfect location for exploring this beautiful part of Florida. Highly recommend!

It has all 3. 4 washers, 4 dryers, nicely sized and immaculately clean pool and both a smaller club house and larger recreation hall. No video games as Quail Roost caters to a mature group, many of whom are repeating customers.
Rates vary depending on season they go anywhere from 550 to 850depending on the season there's Peak non Peak and midseason. There is also a special where you can pay for a year like around $600 starting but there is a catch you can only use your camper 12 days out of the month when your paying the yearly fee.
There were numerous spots that were long term, like an RV park, but several reserved as short term. Very nice place.
