Rates vary depending on season they go anywhere from 550 to 850depending on the season there's Peak non Peak and midseason. There is also a special where you can pay for a year like around $600 starting but there is a catch you can only use your camper 12 days out of the month when your paying the yearly fee.
If you pay yearly, there is no catch. You use all year. See website for current rates.
