Hands down the worst hotel experience in my life.. My family combined had 4 rooms. Checked in around 7 o’clock after a full day of scalloping. Walked into the room to a broken ac unit, okay fine sh** happens.. but I live in Florida on the boat all day sunburnt as hell, not much to ask for a cool hotel experience. Politely asked for a room switch or refund and the hotel woman clerk was extremely unhelpful. She continued to argue with me that my situation did not warrant a refund. Not to mention the sheets were covered in cigarette burns and stains of unknown origin. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! Wish I could give ZERO stars!!!

Reserved a room online and selected to pay cash at the motel. Once we arrived they informed us it would be another 100 on top or the room cost for a deposit. Nothing on the website said anything about an additional deposit. We did not stay at this location because of the rude lady behind the counter.

I was told they had a Points Reward system that would provide some discount, but it requires you to give them your email. I told them I didn't want to join, and they said it was optional. We then proceeded to make reservations using my veteran discount they said they offer. I was given the price for my stay, we made the reservation. Next I provided my card info and accepted the deal. After they got my personal info and card info and security code, they said that I WONT get the veteran discount unless I joined their Points Reward system, the one they said was OPTIONAL. This was after I accepted their terms, exact price, and sealed the deal with my card! I told them that it's NOT a veteran discount if you have to give extra of anything to get it. Bottom line: They want your personal email info and if you don't give it, then you don't get the discount. That means THEY ARE BUYING YOUR EMAIL INFO AND COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA. IF YOU THINK THEY AREN'T MAKING MONEY OFF OF IT, THEN YOU WOULD HAVE TO BELIEVE THEY ARE GIVING MONEY AWAY THEN, RIGHT? WRONG. NO ONE IS HANDING OUT MONEY. Fellow vets, avoid this place and defend our honor as having served this country. They won't honor their deal they made with a 100% disabled vet, so, I can't support this business.

Stay away from this place. Charge extra $15 a day if you have a pet, but don't tell you when you make the reservation. Bed and pillows old, lumpy, and not supportive. Ice machine wasn't working. So much more disappointing stuff. Only nice comment is the housekeeper was friendly and helpful.
