Are they very strict with bad credit? I hate to waste app fees only to find out they wont rent to me.

I don't personally live here but I took a tour looking for a 3 bedroom. All carpet flooring except bathroom and kitchen ofcourse,central air. It's a very nice property with gated security. Publix is just 5minutes walking distance ect. they do credit check, background and there's a fee for everything everyone over 18 has to pay for each application if u have pets, there's a deposit for the first month depending on ur credit, administrators fee, garages if u need not attach to property but within the property closeby.
