Ok. I am writing this review with the hopes that our concerns are heard as well as to help anyone that may be considering this to be their future home. At this point, we are truly frustrated with the way we've been handled, particularly with our maintenance requests. In the 6 months that we've resided here, our air condition has "broken" twice. We moved in with a roach problem in our unit. We've notified of the front panel of our dishwasher popping out. Maintenance came and pushed it in and considered it "fixed". I mentioned to the maintenance supervisor that we've done that already and it keep popping out. Despite our requests, maintenance has considered this fixing the issue rather than recognizing the dishwasher probably needs to be replaced since the problem keeps reoccurring. More recently, we have had water come through our closet from the neighbor's unit. We placed a request and all maintenance did was spray a clorox cleaner, wiped the baseboard and considered this issue resolved even though when he tested the moisture level, he admitted that it was above the "acceptable level". I explained i was concerned because the laminate flooring and wood baseboards could develop mold/mildew in which he replied that he would need to follow up with the neighbor to assess where the water was coming from. This NEVER happened. Last weekend, more water came through the closet. My husband cleaned it up and we didn't report this but took a video of it. I went into the office and spoke to office staff regarding the issue. The maintenance supervisor was in his office and when lady in the office went to speak with him, I heard him tell her to have us put ANOTHER request! They have no concern for people's time or that this constant moisture can ultimately lead to respiratory issues for my family and mostly my concern are my kids including a 10 month old. I explained this to the lady in the office. I don't understand why we have to put another request when the initial request was never taken care of. There are a number of other issues we have but have become so frustrated with response (or lack of) to our prior requests. They say "you get what you pay for" but in this situation, I disagree. This apartment is not cheap, yet the service and units are not up to par with the marketed "luxury apartment rental". What is even more disheartening is that we have spoken to neighbors who have had complaints/requests and have had prompt responses as well as brand new appliances installed. I honestly don't know what else to do at this point, but hopefully we can get these issues resolved.

The apartments are mid, but the amenities are nice. Most everyone I’ve felt with has been amazing but Sonya in the front office definitely makes the living experience less than enjoyable. Not very much help and just brushes any issues off as not her problem. Makes communication with management very annoying.
