We've been here for 2 years and I can't say enough amazing things about the management here. Lindsay and Caitlin are literally the greatest. They go out of their way so much to help and be of service and plan little fun events. The kids love it and feel safe in the environment and all the neighborhood kids seem to play so nice together. Definitely pricey, but everything in our life today is and if I'm gonna spend the money I'd rather it be here. The maintenance works quickly and the emergency maintenance is even better, never makes me feel like a bother. Overall we love this place and I'm happy to call it home.

We did a short-term rental, May to August and our AC did not work. We rented a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. We told the complex many times the issues with the AC unit. Most days it was still 78 degrees in the apartment after midnight. We paid rent for an apartment that did not provide an adequate working AC unit. Also, our electric bill was well over $300 / month with the AC unit not functioning correctly. The complex said that our electric bill was standard for the complex.

I feel I must upgrade my original review a bit because after a couple of days Lindsay contacted me and asked if I would like to try submitting an app and she would see what she could do, and Alana was involved in the process as well so perhaps I misjudged her. It is still a work in progress but at least I have a little hope now.

We needed a short term rental and had been hitting road blocks with unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and just downright rude people. Then we found Carrington Lane, Lindsay, Caitlin and the team. What a nice refreshing change. They got us setup n in our new place within a few hours. We've been in office or called for a various issues and/or questions a few times and each time we've received friendly, professional and most importantly accurate info. It's a pleasure dealing with them and I'm happy to call Carrington Lane my temporary home till my permanent home is ready

The average utility bill is going to depend on the size of the apartment and how often you run lights and things like that. We did just add brand new Nest thermostats which save on utilities costs greatly!
