I’ve been here for almost 2 weeks now and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze seeing how we were coming from out of state. Maintenance is right there if you need them. The office staff is very polite and professional. The neighbors have been very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is parking. There are 6 spots per building of 8. So if you work late hours be prepared to park further away and have to walk to your building. Other then that I believe we made the right choice!

Lived there for 2 years , hated that they hiked the rent up every year but I loved living there. Pool was amazing and the work out center was great for a quick workout. When I left the game me a real price break down on repairs other than just telling you that you weren’t getting your full deposit back. Plus they don’t have breed restrictions which worked for me and my American Bulldog. Would’ve stayed if they didn’t t jack up the rent!

The property is absolutely beautiful!! The property was very clean and very well kept!! The customer serviced I received was TOP NOTCH! All of the employees I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. They didn't hesitate to answer any question I had regarding the property, and the were very well detailed!!

I liked living at Highlands. Moving out was a pain. When I moved in, they asked for first and last moths' rent, which was pretty high compared to other places. But we paid it. I moved out the month before my lease was up and paid the difference (rent goes up every year) on the upcoming month. They charged me $50 late fee plus $10 a day for being late and let the apartment sit empty for a month, If they had evicted me, they would not gett hat,

I don't personally live here but I took a tour looking for a 3 bedroom. All carpet flooring except bathroom and kitchen ofcourse,central air. It's a very nice property with gated security. Publix is just 5minutes walking distance ect. they do credit check, background and there's a fee for everything everyone over 18 has to pay for each application if u have pets, there's a deposit for the first month depending on ur credit, administrators fee, garages if u need not attach to property but within the property closeby.
They do, i just lived there recently. My sister did as well and she had 2 pitbulls
I think around $1000. Just Call up there and someone should be able to help u further
