I have been staying there for years..it was slipping down hill about 7 yrs ago. However since Wyndham has stepped it. The matttesses are softer.my room was always clean.i used to be executive housekeeper for well know Westin hotels And id say this is a gine clean hotel.staff is always friendly. Got early checkin due to all night traveling.no charge.general manager was great..staff of mostly hispanic girls were nice .they changed my sheets every day
Terrible Hotel don't go there it doesn't matter what time check-in is
3pm. If your an award member you could probably get early check in and late check out. Check out is at 11am.
They gave us our room about 1:30 even though Check in was 3pm. I've stayed they twice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Normal check in is 3:00. Wyndham Rewards members at a certain level can check in early. Fairly sure Gold and up are OKed for early check in. I did that a number of times as a Gold level patron. Never a problem.
