Positive: Front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Negative: Housekeeping needs to do better. The carpet in the room was dirty and was not vacuumed the 5 days I spent there. The bathrooms could be cleaned better. Breakfast was not that good, the pancake and waffle maker were broken 4 days out of the 5 days.

So this place was Nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom was clean. The complementary breakfasts was great. But don't get room 117!!! Smh... This room is literally right in the front of the front lobby! So I didn't much sleep because we could hear the guest coming in and out all night especially when we was trying to sleep in! But can hear everyone talking and checking out at the lobby. Because in front of the check-in desk it the tables for eating which our door across it and our TV wall is the food was ate. So we could the rush making there breakfasts. We don't realize this room was bad choice till the morning. Lol But I would rent again just not that room!!! Great place over all.

Great location. Staff was amazing. Vicent was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Comfort bed. The carpet was really really dirty/stained. Sticky, red stains all over the carpets, dark stains. Room was extremely small for the furniture in it. Microwave had mold.

We had to make an emergency stop due to the weather. With pouring rain, high winds, and lightening, this hotel's lack of a car port stands out. Our room was very nice and clean. The window seat gave us extra room for our luggage. Our only complaint was breakfast. The surly woman in charge never got off her phone, got annoyed when I asked for plain scrambled eggs, didn't keep everything stocked, and didn't keep things clean. A clean hotel room is an expectation, so everything after that becomes a great benefit when it's done right, and a huge annoyance when it's not. The manager thanked me for presenting him with a teaching moment. He should be sure to use it. Our o lyrics complain
