DO NOT STAY HERE. No idea how the average rating is so high. We did not stay here after seeing the room. Cigarette burn on the comforter and syringe cap on the window sill. Bathroom smelled like sweaty gym bags. The front desk people were understanding and did give us a refund without question, but this hotel should be demolished.

Came down for business and had to stay for a week. The first room that was booked looked very clean and nice. However when it was time to go to bed, I pulled back the covers to be greeted by bed bugs. The young man working that night was very helpful. He showed another room that wasn’t up to par. This room had roaches. On to the next room where the bathroom wasn’t clean. By the time we reach the fourth room, he opened the door and didn’t even allow me to enter, the room wasn’t clean at all. Finally reached the fifth room. It was bad as well. Stepped into the bathroom after finally getting settled only to see human feces on the commode, a opened soap pack and a dirty tub. Still trying to make the best of the situation I cleaned the room myself and left the do not disturb sign on the door for the remainder of my stay. After a long day of work I returned only to find not only did housekeeping disregard the do not disturb sign, they took it completely off the door and left it in the bathroom on the counter. What’s worst they left my room open for God knows how long. This was the worst visit ever. I will report this all to my company manager. My stay was awful needless to stay. This place needs a overhaul.

We were given a room that was under construction. Sheet were dirty and stained. Carpet was dirty and stained. There were no pictures or mirrors on the walls. There were holes in the was where pictures and mirrors once hung. There was a dirty q-tip in the bathroom . Bathroom was not clean. I complained. We were given another room which was better but a little shabby. Bathroom was half cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The air conditioner does not work in our room! Its Florida…it’s hot!! We have my mother with us so we booked a double queen room for almost $250, the best victor could do was offer us a single king bed room. So we will be paying over $200 to sleep on a couch! Their is no manager on duty and the staff is not capable of resolving issues! Do not recommend to anyone!! I called the 800 number Victor gave us, since no one local can help, and was told they will open a ticket for our complaint and we should receive and email after check out. 🙄
