Positive: The hotel was beautiful the room was great, the staff was friendly the ool was warm, food great. The overall stay was perfect. We had a great anniversary trip. We would definitely return to this location. Negative: I have no negative thoughts about this hotel..

Last night someone stole the catalytic converter of my rental vehicle, I requested to speak to the Manager and he sent me a message stating he was busy and cannot speak to me. This location do not have security Camaras or any other type of security, my vehicle was park in front of the hotel with lot of lights, and still the thieves manage to stole a $2000 Catalytic converter . I was expecting the Manager to at least show consideration for what had happened inside his property and not just pocket the $500 I was charge without any concern for his guests. Its has been 2 hours since I checked out and i m stranded here in their parking lot in the heat (more than 90F) and nobody from this gigantic corporation have even come to apologize at least. I lost my flight since I have to wait for a tow truck company to pickup the vehicle which I just can't leave unattended. This is a nightmare.

First off don’t get me started with the stains on the sheets , bed , or curtains. We requested a room change due to the roaches. The next room was even worse , the hotel rooms overall were filthy .The only response I got was “ it’s Florida man “ . The washer and drying machines was also terrible , spent over $15 dollars and clothes didn’t dry nor wash properly. Told front desk to only be told to go next door to holiday Inn express. Was not offered no compensation or any accommodation. Not to mention the overpriced stay since it was a week before spring break.  Wouldn’t recommend to anyone .Stood in room 306 and 304 .

Stayed here a few years ago and opted to return this time. The mattress is so comfortable, the lobby and atrium are very nice. Did not eat here so I can't comment, I have no negatives though. Would recommend, front desk staff were all helpful and cheerful.
