Let me start off by saying, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the decor was nice. Our room was very clean, even behind the furniture. The beds and pillows are awesome, super comfortable. Why I only gave 3 stars is because of the breakfast buffet. $24.00 each!! It's just like any other hotel breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc. Nothing special. Especially at that price point. Thankfully the Diamond level covered $30.00 of it. Jesus Christ, talk about price gouging. Do yourself a favor and get in the car and drive off-site for breakfast.

My stay was not the best. I left a night early. The only plus to this hotel was the front desk staff they were great. Hospitality on point. But as soon as you walk in and get in elevator is was a sauna got off on our floor, sauna. It smelled musty. We get to the room, sauna smell musty in there as well. The carpets were stained. The bath tub was backing up so I’m showering in my own dirty water. At night the A/C was still hot I slept out of the covers. I don’t know why I came back here, mainly traveling with pets it was my only option. Last time I stayed here I had to change rooms because there were about 2/3 wasps hiding behind the window curtains. I went to the front desk this time around to leave early. I was supposed to get a call from the manager….and I’m still waiting. Very upsetting I paid for this horrible experience and no one seemed to care. There was also blood stain on the comforter. The fridge was not working so I wasted so much money on food that was supposed to be refrigerated it all got spoiled.

The hotel stay was awesome and I visit a lot of Hilton Hotels in my business travel. By far the customer service is excellent they will go the extra mile to ensure that you are treated like you should get treated. If you ever get a chance stay in this room 707 is a suite I must say by far for the price it is very worth it and it’s not expensive at all. I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Ocala area the front Desk ladies are awesome

Enjoyed our stay! Overall, this was a nice stay. The restaurant was not very good but to be expected. The AC in our room did not work very well but the room was comfortable and clean. We asked for a roll away bed which was very clean and pretty comfortable. Overall a nice clean hotel!
