Room had no charging outlets. Had to search for outlets in the corner of the room, the middle of the wall, and by the entrance to the room. French doors to the bathroom, the toilet was so low it would be perfect for a toddler, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No artificial sweeteners for coffee at breakfast. Stay away

Very clean. Great housekeeping. Staff helpful and pleasant. Dont count on breakfast. It's just a couple items of cheap bread, powder eggs, yogurt. Coffee is good however! Rooms spacious. Good location and value.

Positive: Front desk folks were very nice and professional. Room was OK, but price was still pretty high. Negative: Front desk staff was OK. Other staff needs customer service training on how to NOT alienate customers. Breakfast staff started removing food & utensils early, scolded people looking for napkins. Maids banged at the door numerous times BEFORE checkout.

Pretty nice place. Didn't get the roll in shower that I reserved and they were booked full which made showering a bit difficult. Water pressure was a bit low but not horrible. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was really friendly and breakfast was pretty decent. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area. Really close to great restaurants and entertainment.

No but you can order from the surrounding restaurants and they'll deliver. I think they have restaurants they recommend and menus in the rooms as well. They have an area downstairs by the desk where you can buy candy bars sodas and things like that. You can get popcorn and Chef Boyardee stuff that can be microwaved.
No recliner in our room, just desk chair, that i recall. Was a nice room, though.
It did not appear the have any recent renovations done when I was there at the end of February, but nothing seemed rund down either
I think so.I remember hearing a dog in a room down the hall from us.You should call them to make sure.
