I’m here now. I stood in the front waiting to be seated for literally 10 minutes. I was not acknowledged at all. The servers had no regard for customers waiting and then my server has an attitude with a smirk on her face as she talks to me. I won’t waste my time talking with the manager here, as it’s not taken seriously at all... I’m just not coming back. Sad that people don’t take pride in their work and deliver REAL customer service. If you don’t like this job then get another one that doesn’t involve customer service. Go get an education and learn how to treat people
There are no bugs and we have regular health inspections. I work there and eat there and it is honestly one of the cleanest places to eat in this town.
Alot of the attitude isnt because of lack of education u come to work and theres you and one othet person busting your behinds because of ppl not showing up ppl quitting and etc. Youd have slow service it wouldnt be so clean and youd most likely be aggravated and frustrated as well that doesnt count the fact your already short we have to drop your fried foods make it as well and try and stay stalked and as well alot of us are very hard workers and deal with alot with customers treating us wrong no matter how nice we are..somethings very much agreed have understanding as well that some of do alot more and we definetely dont get paid much but we work our behinds off its either we leave the food to clean or make the food and clean when we get time in between sorry that you guys have had bad experiences and hopefully things we get better at our store from cleaning to more staff meaning better attitudes and better service
Never seen a bug, or had a problem. Great service and good food
food is ok 90% of the time... check your drive-thru order I've been missing stuff service is really bad inside they need a good manager to really straighten these people out
