Service is horrible!!! 20 min to get your drinks, ordered chili and seemed like it came out of the freezer!! Why doesn't the corporate take charge and find management that will uphold the Steak n Shake name!!! Discussing

Service is slow. If you are in a hurry dont go. Cant beat the price and value! Good food! Just very slow.
