Steak and shake,in leesburg by the mall is the worse place I ever been.its nasty,the people don’t care they give you wrong food,and laugh at your face,they should close that place down 0 star

Been there when they were terrible; been there when they were excellent. Seems they are short on personnel a lot, but personnel there works hard.

I did not find a problem at this particular place

We had a better experience there. It took a while to get seated but our order was delivered correctly and the food was good, maybe a little bland. Hopefully they will respond to your criticism and improve.
