Owned and managed a food truck and was way faster, cleaner, and better overall than this one. Food ice cold.
Yes, I've been there several times & it is well below normal Steak n Shake standards. Drive-thru is no better.

Im there at least once a week drive threw never a problem
I ate there many and I never had any issues whether it's drive-thru or dine in.
