Yes it is free to swim and snorkel with your own gear, if you park at the spring you will have to pay for parking, but there is plenty of free parking a short walk away

You pay to park in the actual park or it's free with a pretty good walk.

Yes, if you park in a handicap it's free all day, otherwise it's a dollar an hour unless you park else where off the property. Than you're good👍🏻

Yes if you park at a public parking space. Otherwise if you park at the springs you do half too pay.
