Called in for delivery was put on hold twice which okay but yet the man taking my order was very rude and seemed like he hated his job. I will never order from there again he was that rude.

Staff is extremely rude,I ordered through Grubhub and Westshore screwed up order by not putting cheese on my hoagie,I called and complained and they we know we put cheeses on that order,basically calling me a liar and then told me to bring it back in,I oreder through a delivery service because I don't have a car,So Grubhub gave me a refund and $5 coupon for something that was not their fault.....WESTSHORE PIZZA WORST FOOD EVER!!!!!

Same here. Recently that place has gone downhill. Staff is so rude. I've been ordering from them since they first opened years ago. I've never complained to them ever and I have had to so much in the last few months.
