I don't understand how filling pharmacy prescriptions can be so difficult here. How they overcomplicated taking care of the insurance is beyond me. I NEVER have these kinds of issues with Publix pharmacies. Will not ever be sending my meds here again.

After two weeks of a bad cold or flu symptoms and negative COVID tests and previously been vaccinated. the minute clinic person prescribed me Doxycycline which is an antibiotic for skincare. A week later I contracted COVID. If they had actually done the work and given the right steroid zpack I think things would be different but hey are incompetent

Absolutely unprofessional pharmacy staff!!! It’s 10:45 PM only two people in the store and I was the only one in the drive-through for the pharmacy. I just got out of the emergency room and my doctor is called in my prescriptions at 8:30 when I get here not only are my prescriptions not ready but they told me that I have to come inside and wait! The guy that was behind the counter was talking on his cell phone having a personal conversation the whole time and helping other drive-through customers after he made me get out the drive-through and come in and wait for my prescription. There is no reason at 10:45 11 o’clock at night when there’s only three people in the store that I should have to wait for a medicine that I need because I just got out of the hospital.

I don’t understand why all the reviews are bad. All factions of retail customer service are suffering on the front lines right now due to covid related understaffing, especially a chain-pharmacy providing rapid Covid testing and medications with new telehealth systems etc. at this particular CVS I had no trouble speaking with a pharmacist or having any issue resolved and they’re also very friendly. To all those who’ve complained id urge you to give them another try.
