I reserved a 10 x 20 drive up unit online, which turned out perfect for what I needed. The online process was super easy to use and very straightforward. The next day, the manager of the facility called and told me my unit was ready. My lock was in the unit and I was able to get it all set up no problem. The manager was super nice and helpful too!
