Facility was clean, I got every questioned answered, they have a lot of cameras which made me feel safe, Joan was friendly and didn’t mind walking the property to show me every unit.

I had a great experience at SecureSpace. Joan was very helpful showing me as many units as I needed until I found the right one. The place was very clean which was very impressive. I’d recommend this facility to anyone.

As the date of moving my belongings approached I called to make sure everything was in order, and came to find out the space have been rented out to somebody else, without any notification whatsoever and as per the “representative” I lost my money (in a matter of days). I have rented spaces before and never have this happened. Had to contact the bank as the Secure Space facility did not provide an alternative solution to the inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Joan was very professional and attentive. She is knowledgeable and gave me god advice with related to the storage space i needed
