Giving one star because there isn't an option to give them none! I called as new patient to make an appointment and I was told that Dr. Otterbeck does not take new patients. The woman I was speaking with was extremely rude and obnoxious. I had to hang up. Instant turn off. Staff should be more professional.

I really like Dr. Otterbeck. He is very nice and caring. However, I has mentioned to him I was concerned about hair thinning and he seemed to dismiss it. In the past he always seemed more attentive but I felt like each time I saw him as time went on, he was not paying attention to my concerns. He spoke to his assistant most of the time as she entered information into the computer.I ended up going to a dermatologist who sent me for lab work and turned out I should have been concerned. Another point is the staff use to be very good and then it changed. It is almost impossible to reach anyone there. Just completely turned off. Now seeing another endocrinologist.

Dr. Otterbeck is a good doctor however, he surrounds himself with incompetent staff that either cant or forget to mail blood scripts, doesnt follow up with patients if they need referrals(one call and thats it and not even a actual person), some of the staff are just plain rude to patients which doesnt make me want to even see him anymore and deal with the headache. -2 stars for staff and overall patient service, if this was just rating the doctor and not the practice he would get 5 stars but im rating overall experience.

You can go through the portal. But I was there today and they were answering the phones.

Is Dr. Otterbeck accepting new patients. I have been treated for diabetes by another member in that office and have not been happy. Originally I wanted an appointment with dr. Otterbeck was told he was not seeing new patients.

How do I make an appointment with Dr Sheynshteyn? I'm an existing patient, Phones always go to the after hour service no matter what time I call. The Patient portal is not helpful.

It's a very busy office...phones r always ringing constantly I would just leave a message if u can't get thru & they'll call back when they can...it also helps to make the next appt before u leave after seeing the doctor
