I liked living here at first, my wife was attacked by a neighbor's dog, no one accepted response ability for it my wife suffered a severe Hernia, the neighbor was completely rude, the Park Manager took the information. But shrugged his shoulders. Plus you have to watch who become friends with. Now my wife has to have a third surgery for her Hernia.

Yess lots of homes are for sale. They've got some nice brand new park models and also some older ones as well. My mother loves living there!
A fifth wheel or an RV.... there's a difference lol
459 mo it goes up every year without legal notices.at least 5 percent. I know their objective is to remove places Just to put in another tiny home. Every time some one leaves another tiny home goes in Along with a cement driveway. They're not RV's. But selling what we have if we're leaving our places can't be junk.

I wound advise to stay away. They placed us in a spot we could not get in, then trying to get out there was no way for our rig with all the low hanging trees. Scratched our rv all the way down the the side, afraid to see the damage on they roof, wish I could hold then accountable
Yes, cats and dogs are both allowed. Cats are not too free roaming, and dogs are to be leashed
Do they do back ground checks to live there
Power is on most of the park. Limited water though due to flooding in the lower section
