This is my "home" Publix and today they disappointed me. I ordered 5 catering trays on Sunday evening for pickup on Tuesday morning 8am. I received two calls - one on Sunday night confirming my order and another on Tuesday morning at 7am clarifying a quantity. Neither of those calls were from the bakery department. I arrived at Publix at 8:15 for pickup and the deli/produce departments had their portion of my order perfect and ready. I walk to the Bakery to find that not only were my two pastry platters not done, but I was told that they didn't have two flavors I requested. Really? Y'all couldn't call me? You couldn't have ordered cheese and coconut filling in 36 hours? I order 5 platters a day for my job and thought I would get excellent service at my home Publix. I was wrong. Still shaking my head at how y'all dropped the ball on such a simple order. Do Better.
