Very interesting exhibit demonstrating the wildlife and ecology the New Jersey ocean and estuary systems. The penguins were a neat see in addition.

A perfect spot to take the kids and grand parents. Jenkinsons Aquarium was built around the same time as the New Jersey State Aquarium. But given a choice would you rather make a day of it and come to the Aquarium at the beach or in Camden? The Aquarium has always been a huge draw with a wonderful variety of sea life. The seals and sharks are big winners. The penguins are also fun to watch. Many of the exhibits at Jenkinsons originate from a sea life rescue. Their original blind seal from more than thirty years ago still loves to show off during the several daily feeding. If you have children or grand parents the Aquarium is a must see.

I remember coming here as a school trip back in elementary and been wanting to come back here and glad to finally say I got to come back after years and visit this aquarium again with my partner and it’s the best I’ve been, best experience. All workers are so kind, it’s honestly worth the trip and for the price the best!!! Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend

I would call Jenkinsons directly. I cant imagine they don't offer a discount. I've seen loads of camp buses and school trips go to the aquarium.
No mermaids there that I saw
It is 2-levels and they do have handicapped accommodations, you will just need to ask the staff and they will bring you to the lift or elevator. Have fun!!
It's at the beginning of all things to do or end depending on what direction you are coming from. Easy to make part of your day
Wow! Any pics? Maybe report that to fish and wildlife. Sounds bad
Hi pre-covid we did birthday parties for children turning 4 years and older. We do have a classroom on our top floor that has room for them. Unfortunately we haven't yet started them again as we are using that area for virtual programs and encounters. We are hoping to start again in 2022.
