I must say that the staff at this location works VERY FAST & efficiently. I was promised a return call regarding an order the day prior to my service. I didn't get that call to assure my specific tires were ordered, however I called first thing the next morning and Wil apologized and personally assisted me throughout my call and in-store visit. I ordered their wrong size tires, and fortunately for me my correct size were In-store. I guess they understood how a female COULD make an error as such ;D. I really appreciate the staff, and since Wil remembered my plight from the day prior, KUDOS goes out to him above all! I will be back for future tire needs. Thanks Guys!!!!

I had an issue with this location years ago, and decided to give them a 2nd chance recently. This was mainly because they had an appointment available immediately. Bad idea! I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and rotation/balance before a road trip. Two attempts later, my alignment is still off and my vehicle is vibrating at highway speeds much worse than before I brought it in. Also as soon as I get in my vehicle after their second attempt, the pressure was low in my front passenger tire. Come to find out later, there is a nail in that tire. The tire pressure was perfect when I brought it in. Highly suspicious to say the least. I understand now why they were the only Firestone around with immediate availability.
