I always get sauce or gravy on the side since most places salted or spiced it differently.
Nice, modern physical space. I question the chef/cook. He is either careless in his food preparation or he doesn't sample his cooking before he sends it to the customer's table. My filet's blue cheese sauce tasted like he empties an entire salt shaker into it. Unedible!
