All of the locations are very good and make exceptional quality burgers. Mike in the Dania Pointe location was outstanding. He was considerate, professional and management quality... If he's not the manager already. They were understaffed and had many people in line with issues, and he was the man you want leading your team. As always, thank you for a great product and great service... We'll be back. Thank you Mike!

The Burgers were a disappointment and my daughter's chicken was undercooked. I tried 7 different soda selections from the freestyle and they all tasted like stale club soda. For $3 That was the worst. The service at the counter was the only pleasurable experience. She was so nice and courteous and despite the bad experience I cannot let her efforts go unheard.

This was our 4th time at this location. From 5 🌟 today I'm downgrading to 1. Food and service has gone downhill a lot. At the beginning, a few months ago, everything was impressive, today it was a big disappointment. Long wait, the spicy chicken was a joke, dry with almost no sauce with 3 slices of cucumber, paid for large fries and received small ones. I went to the service desk to ask if they were big, they said they bring the right one right away. I also notified them that the sandwich is dry. after that I heard comments about me in the kitchen and laughs, that is unacceptable. The music was very loud, it was hard to talk at the table. After eating, there was nowhere to throw away the packaging because the garbage overflow the garbage cans.

I go here once a week but have not been this whole month (October 2021). The food is horrible. The burger is a joke. It looks like something from McDonald’s. Pictures included. Also, all the staff quit. I cannot be mad at the staff who was working for the horrible food and long wait. I blame the owner. The ex employees were all so kind and the food was always amazing. So it appears to the owners issues. I would not eat at this BurgerFi.
