Yes they have 5 beaches and one is dedicated for pets. No fishing on main beach
Yes. Does have a dog beach on south end but dogs are supposed to be leashed. A park ranger was giving out warnings when I was there. Apparently $80 fine if they have to tell you twice. ☹
