Very friendly people! First time actually using the gym besides at home and everyone made me feel comfortable. I was able to ask any questions needed without feeling like I’ve bothered anyone. I also purchased a personal trainer and she is amazing as well.

This is the worst gym in pinellas county . Staff are friendly for the most part but the gym stinks , equipment is old/outdated . Not a good value at all! The owner crystal and Ryan are very rude will not be returning !

After several calls and MANY recorded conversations with different people. I am still getting harassed by the company through unwanted text messages. I asked politely on many occasions to the point where I had to drive 30 minutes to the Port Richey location to speak with the Manager who signed me up. Except. He didn't like that I was video recording the conversation so he walked away and said he's not helping me. These people are rude and very unprofessional. I've worked for MANY gyms and have been a member to many more gyms since 13 years old and never have I had any issues until this club. I'm not in any system but still get messages everyday to sign back up.. They said there is NOTHING that they can do about it. Do not sign up if you don't want to be harassed daily. This is ridiculous.

I'm only in Palm Harbor for 5 days and I want it to get some type of gym and family fitness charge me $32 there equipment is so old the bench press is touring apart and no one even give me a tour sad place I'm recommended this place.
