I think any bookstore would allow and encourage you doing that. How can customers decide to buy without turning a few pages first? Especially after we have paid for the coffee.
Please visit Taylor's and find out what a gem it is. It is very much cherished in this community. They aren't going to make you buy a book. But do keep in mind that it is a small independent store and they need support.
