The shipper is very helpful, it’s the brokers that are trying to sell loads “for 1300 sharp appts” and then you check in only to be told “this load was scheduled for 0830PM sharp, and it was scheduled by your broker 2 days ago”. They got me in by 1630, nice, fast and polite. So be careful about them brokers.
