I tried over six months to get two pairs of glasses here. Both progressives, one with self darkening. Doctor seemed great and concerned, staff was pleasant but not really engaged. But both pairs were a mess upon delivery. They tried correcting one pair once and the other pair three times only to fail each time. Might be ok for single use issues, but for anything more complicated? avoid them. Waste of time and energy.

Got my eye exam and frames selected. Eye exam was hustle free and pleasant, the staff during the frame selection was very knowledgable and patient, which added to the excellence of an experience. Now I look very cool with my new glasses, thank you!
