Riverside is a complex of buildings and parking areas. It is best to call Patient Information and have someone give you the color of the parking area where you should go.
It depends on what part of the building he is in.
If he is in the main hospital, go to the Blue turnaround. If he is in the red Heart building, go to the Silver turnaround. Those are the best places to pick up patients being discharged. Good luck!
