When they answer the phone they are rude the mom and daughter then they want u to pay before u get service but get mad cause u wanna see they work but when I looked at a picture of the work it was horrible I walked straight out I’m not pay $180 for box braids that look like they been in my child’s hair already for months They are just rude and customer service is horrible
