After construction on the new Neuroscience Center was complete, How would patients get access into the actual McConnell Heart Hospital (not the ER on the bottom floor)?

Park in the red garage.everthing is accessible through the lobby floor the heart center is next to the red garage Google Riverside Methodist hospital for a map of the hospital. It's the red area. I should know my wife be has been here for 7 weeks and has been in all the areas except the yellow area.
