The ER can handle all emergency needs, anything outside of that scope requires you to see an actual specialist for that situation. in other words if you have a broken tooth and it's exposed and you have to have it fixed now you can go to the emergency room I'm pretty sure that they can extract it now if you need to get a crown or something put on tonight well you're probably not going to have that done if not it's going to be something that's not dentist worthy you will actually need to see a dentist for but anything that's life-threatening yeah they're going to be able to assist with that.
