The brownstone is designed for large groups. That price for a large group is a steal.....17 plus people. When you break it down to individual price per person it's a steal! I don't think they take small groups. The location has a very nice backyard where you can barbecue or just relax and listen to music. Gordy is pretty cool and makes sure that he does whatever he can to ensure that people visiting have the best Yellow Block experience possible.

You would never find a place for $50 a person that's safe, clean and surrounded with all the Coulter the yellow block b&b has to offer. Next time I'm that way, I look forward to a yellow block bagel !
