By far the worst & disrespectful staff. Unprofessionalism to the 10th power. They are honestly complete idiots. They lost my records, couldn’t even fax over blood test results taken 2 weeks prior to my pcp after I spoke to them twice & they said they would fax it right over. I called 3 days later to request if someone could get back to me regarding my results & the moron who answered said they never faxed it because they needed a Drs permission?! Ok, So why’d they tell me on the phone that they’d fax it right over??!! , it’s absolutely impossible to get anyone at the front desk to actually do their job. The office manager is nonexistent. I’ve never encountered such lack of professionalism at any doctors office. How are they hiring such nasty people to do front desk?! They all need to be fired! Since Dr. Berry isn’t there anymore l, this office has gone to shyt!
