There's a $20 parking fee and a charge if you plan on taking the skyride. If you get a Groupon pass for Stone mountain park, you can go on several experiences at the park and take the skyride with the proof of purchase. The cost is about $19.

I see two deals posted on the park website this morning (6/8/22). Scout attraction tickets ($19.95) with free laser show has been extended and a free ticket for teachers (through 6/10/22). As always, there is a charge per vehicle for the front gate too if you don't have a annual sticker/pass. Sorry I couldn't find the free kids for you
I know 2 and under are always free and military discounts available. I do not know about the radio promotion.
They had discount tickets for $19.99 but that's over.
