It is not year round. Seasonal mostly. Starts back 4th of July, spring break, then off. Then back for summer break, then off until pumpkin festival, and then thanksgiving and Christmas. Answer coming from an employee. Just a relay of message.
I visited on Jan 1st 2022... they had cancelled both laser show and the skyride (to climb the summit) due to covid.. only the train service was available.. so check before you go. Gets pretty crowded during the holidays

Nope. It is seasonal. Christmas and I think they start the summer season on Memorial day. The last I heard you had to reserve a spot because of the pandemic.
