Will never recommend and never hire again. Complete waite of time and money. I hired Mark Scott and his company to move a refrigerator from a friend's house to my elderly father because his had gone completely out. My father is a 2nd time cancer patient and he's insulin dependent diabetic. I wasn't present for this move due to being at work, but the cameras in the house told the entire story. From the time they arrived, they were dismissive and rude. My father asked Mark to come in to check out all doors so he could decide which entrance would be best to use. He then told my dad no because he was going to take it in thru the front door. Mark and his worker did get the refrigerator thru the front door but the left it in the foyer. He claimed there was no way to get it in the kitchen, but never even entered the kitchen to see the best route in. He also kept complaining about a smell which should in no way keep him from moving the refrigerator to the kitchen. I payed him $275 for a job that took less than 2 hours and was never completed. He arrived around 1:15pm and was gone by 3:15pm if not a little before. My father now has a refrigerator in the foyer athat isn't plugged into anything and one in the kitchen that doesn't work. Mark claimed that the only way to move it any further was to pay another $200. This is insane because if it's impossible to get in there, there's no way any amount of money will change that. The whole experience came across as a money grab, and it's disgusting that a person would try to take advantage of the elderly in that manner. I now must pay for real professional movers to come move the refrigerator from the foyer into the kitchen. Again, a waste of time and money. I am highly disappointed and feel utterly disrespected.

The Right Movers were definitely the right guys for me! They came in on time and got straight to work. Very professional, well mannered hard working men. They did an awesome job and took care of my things as if it was their own. They even took the unwanted item to the street for me, again these guys were AWESOME!! I would highly recommend them and will most definitely be using them again.
