I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded previously at other places and never really had problems. When I usually go into threading shops they ask me if I would like they cleaned up or shaped-this shop was different. The lady looked annoyed that I came in.. even though there was no one else inside. That should have been the first red flag. She didn’t greet me whatsoever, just told me to sign in. I get people have bad days though, so I brushed it off. She tells me to sit in the chair and start going to work. She thinned my eyebrows soooo much. I’ve gotten them waxed and people always commented how they liked the shape and thickness. This lady apparently had something against me and decided to ruin my eyebrows. The thing is, it is extremely difficult for me to grow out any hair. It’s going to take me a good 2 years to get them back to what they were. Not only was this place rude and unprofessional, they aren’t even good at threading. Wish I could give 0 stars honestly. Worst experience.
