My fiance and I are very disappointed with salesman who promised us bedroom delivery 2 days after full payment. Just to find out it was going to be 3 months later. Then after returning the mattresses we still had to wait 30 days plus additional 10 days for funds to be returned. Very displeased with the mattress delivery people calling My fiance a liar when we saw scratches on the headboard. Never again will I do business at the modesto store. My suggestion is to be honest with customers and treat your customers with respect.

Please give us our bed 🛌. We got a mattress and the bottom part. Please give us the rest of the bed. You said now by August 1st. I don't understand why. It's just in Livermore. I know that I don't get what I asked for but please we did choose another. Please...
They don't have any. The salesman just reaches out and shakes hands without wearing a mask .

I would call the store and if they don't take it they could probably tell you where to go to get rid of the mattress
The warranty guidelines are specific to each brand. Tempur-pedic will give you full credit you paid towards a new product. If you received a discount because it was a floor model, they would require paying the remainder if you wanted the same model. They would arrange delivery and pickup and no charge. I recommend calling your local store if you have any specific questions.
