If i buy a floor model mattress and i am told it comes with the factory warranty, should i have to pay the remained of the full price in order for the warranty to be valid?

The warranty guidelines are specific to each brand. Tempur-pedic will give you full credit you paid towards a new product. If you received a discount because it was a floor model, they would require paying the remainder if you wanted the same model. They would arrange delivery and pickup and no charge. Wouldn't think so. May as well buy new if that was the case. You might be buying the warranty with the floor model.
