are 10 year olds allowed

Children are allowed until 11pm with an adult.

Unfortunately I don't think so, they often ask for ID. Although it's a friendly place, its still a bar lounge

I called about this last month as I wanted to bring my 7 year old for a Minecraft session. It is a hard rule of no one under 18. No sweet talking them, I tried. The reasons are very logical and I don't fault them at all.
