Are kids/minors under the drinking age allowed would like to have play some of cs go but rarely get to use the computer

Unfortunately minors are not allowed here at any time, this includes infants. They clearly state they are a bar first and a gaming cafe second.

Minors (under 18 years old) are allowed so long as they are accompanied by an adult up to 11pm, after which it's only 21+.

Yeah it's either 10 or 11pm cut off for those under 21, staff will let you know when you come in the door!
