Theres a popup bbq spot right on the inside but no dedicated kitchen. As the others have said theres alot of great restaurants nearby
There was access to a cafe of some kind from within the venue near the entrance. I saw a guy come out with food
They have a vendor that sells bbq here. They have a window right outside the entrance, but also a spot just inside to the right. Plenty of food within a block of the venue as well

Actually, yes they do there's a barbecue stand just as he walk in on the right. BBQ sandwiches plates etc.
No but there is a Moroccan restaurant right beside it
